How long does delivery take?
Our packages have an average delivery time of:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Shipping time: 8–12 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated total: approximately 9–15 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that these are estimates. External factors such as customs clearance, seasonal demand, or high order volumes may affect delivery times.
What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. Once processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order has already been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may instead request a return after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have received incorrect, missing, or defective items. Include your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant references when reaching out. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
How secure is my online order?
When you place an order, all your information is entered on an SSL-encrypted website. Your data is encrypted and sent directly to our payment provider's network, where your card and transaction are verified and authorized. We do not store complete credit card details on our servers. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is completely free on all orders. There are no additional shipping or handling fees.
Where is my package?
Once your package is ready, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier and you will receive a tracking notification by email. Please note that tracking updates may take 3–8 business days to appear after the package has left our warehouse.
For logistical reasons, your order may occasionally be shipped in multiple separate deliveries.
Why is my package tracking not updating?
In some cases, it can take 1–2 business days for the carrier to update the package's location. We appreciate your patience in the meantime. If tracking has not updated after 8 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.
I want to exchange an item — is that possible?
Of course! Please contact us at support@parfymia.com and we will assist you. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Wrong delivery address?
If you have accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible by email. We will do our best to update the order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address.
